At 19th Green Pub Grill, your satisfaction with our golf equipment repair services is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and strive to exceed your expectations.
If you are not completely satisfied with our repair work, please contact us within 7 days of picking up your equipment. We will work with you to address any concerns and make things right.
Refunds may be considered in cases where our repair work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if we are unable to complete the requested service as originally discussed.
Assessment fees, consultation charges, and work performed on equipment that is later determined to be beyond economical repair are generally non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. Refund requests must be made in writing or via email.
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered when only a portion of the requested work needs to be corrected or adjusted.
We prefer to resolve any concerns through direct communication. Our goal is always to find a fair solution that ensures your satisfaction with our services.
